New Kingdom, Late 18th Dynasty Circa 1360 BC. Old descriptive cards says it was found in Tel El Armarna The deep blue faience elements were found in a tomb in Tel El Amarna and consist of three pairs of scaraboids and one marked scarab. At the bottom is a 2.2 cm diameter hemisphere set in Roman Period gold. The blue color of the amulet and beads are symbolic for water, rebirth and strong regenerative powers. Size: 18 Inch + danglers.Provenance: Ex Khyat Collection 1917; Ex Parker Collection 1944.Superb condition.
