South America, Circa 100 to 600 CE Matched pair of large hollow spools, each decorated in relief with complex iconography consisting of Wrinkle face deity and warriors in a procession with nude captives. They hold shields and mace with banners. Fine stipple band at border edge and behind.  Size  7.2 cm Diam.; 2-7/8 inches Diam.; + custom mount.
