Botanical Prints by Allison Daw

Though originally a Colorado native, I now live in New Orleans, Louisiana with my wonderful husband and two adventurous kids. In 2005 and 2007 respectively, I earned a B.S. in Biology (emphasis in genetics and evolution) and an M.S. in Systematic Botany (evolutionary relationships between and classification of plants) from Colorado State University. During my graduate studies I taught labs in Botany and Plant Identification and spent much of my summers in the foothills of Colorado collecting specific flowers for use in these and other labs.
