Kokoro™ - Traditional Japanese Sushi Plates

  Kokoro (Japanese: 心) means "heart; mind; mentality; emotions; feelings" in Japanese. Conceptually, the term unites the notions of heart, mind, and spirit, seeing these three elements as being indivisible from one other.      We drew inspiration from the concept of Kokoro in designing these rectangular plates to the dimensions perfectly suitable for traditional nigiri sushi, yet versatile enough to be used as an appetizer plate for all cuisines. Like the rest of the collection, we aimed to combine traditional Japanese styling with a modern twist.
