Do Not Disturb   This is for An Art Print of a pastel pencil drawing on artist handmade paper, 20-mins from a live model.  Curvaceous models are one of the loveliest subjects, always bring peace of mind to others when they pose. The original drawing is drawn on handmade paper made by the artist. Bearded iris plant materials were gathered, cooked, washed, processed, suspended and scooped out of a slurry vat full of plant pulp. Then couched and dried to create the paper. The drawing was made on top of the harvested iris paper in a figure drawing session from a live model. The edges are imperfect and sometimes areas of the sheet are thin and translucent. The background color is the color of the iris pulp in it's dry state. Each batch of plants yields slight variation of similar hue.
