This two-tine carving fork from our Star Collection is 13" long and has a comfortable black POM handle, with a decorative stainless steel ring. Beautiful Asian style fork for helping in the process of cutting and serving meat, vegetables and fruit, in the kitchen and in a dinning setting. Pairs with carving knife, also in this catalog. Technical Specifications Fork made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel blade has been tempered at 1900°F using precision Swiss equipment, for better sharpness and rust resistance. Hardness is 54-56 RC. Handle is made of Polyoxymethylene (POM), a strong synthetic polymer with excellent dimensional stability. Knife is dishwasher safe, however, for lasting sharpness, drying with a soft cloth immediately after machine or hand-washing is recommended. Limited lifetime manufacturer's warranty.
