This rounded spatula has a rectangular blade with a curved front; and  a white POM synthetic handle, double riveted. Convenient tool, for moving burgers or other food on a steel surface or grill,  handling cookies in the oven or for serving pizzas, cakes or tarts. Three different lengths are available: 4-1/4″, 5-1/8″ and 11-3/4″. Good for any food preparation facility or home kitchen. Technical Specifications Spatula blade made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel has been tempered at 1900°F using precision Swiss equipment, for better sharpness and rust resistance. Hardness is 54-56 RC. Handle is made of Polyoxymethylene (POM), a highly resistant and stable polymer.
