UPS Shipping Service

If you prefer to have your completed garment shipped instead of picking it up in person, we’re happy to send it directly to you through UPS. Once your alterations are complete and this shipping service is purchased, please allow 2 to 3 business days for us to carefully package and prepare your shipment. As soon as your package has been processed, tracking information will be sent to your email. Delivery within the Chicagoland area typically arrives within 1 business day after shipment, though transit times are estimated by UPS and not guaranteed. UPS includes up to $100 of coverage per package for loss or damage during transit. Once the package has been transferred to UPS, delivery and transit are handled directly by the carrier. While we are not responsible for delays or issues once shipped, we are always happy to assist you with filing a claim if needed. No signature is required for delivery. We recommend shipping to a secure address where someone is available to receive the package.
