Frazier As fall transitions to winter, a lonesome elk calls out to the expansive forest. His breath becomes mist as he treks forward, a long and cold season ahead. In this artwork, Luke Frazier uses painterly strokes to capture the changing of seasons and one animal’s isolation. Red highlights on the elk’s antlers and fur echo the autumnal colors of the surrounding environment, furthering the sense of change and isolation.
