Our Eye Pillow range is designed by Mark Kwami. He creatively incorporated the traditional diamond motif with Zangeera embroidery. ‘Zanjeera’is a Dari word meaning 'chain' and ‘dozi’ means embroidery. This stitch is popular amongst women from Ghazni, Afghanistan. The embroidery technique includes geometric and floral patterns which are delicately embroidered with silk and cotton thread.
