Terracotta and Rust Huipile Embroidered and Woven Throw Blanket - Second. This one is a bit darker in color than most, but still a beautiful piece and a wonderful example of Guatemalan weaving. The pictures below are of standard examples of this throw blanket. Cotton. The center is made from one entire Huipile [Mayan Embroidered Blouse]. Each is beautiful and absolutely unique! 60 x 50 inches. Perfect to curl up under. Cotton with a Cotton/Poly backing. Handmade by a Mayan artisan cooperative in the Highlands of Guatemalan.
