Maple Brisket Board

You asked, we made it!  As grillers and smokers ourselves, there's nothing our family loves more than to carve the meat over the weekend, and save the juice for gravy - am I right?   Made from solid Hard Maple, this board is our largest yet!  Coming in at (approx) 30" L x 18" W x 2" H, and weighing 26lbs - yep, you read that right! Our board weighs about the same as the average 2yr old...but boy, it can hold a joint! With precision carving, we have added a deep juice groove so you don't lose a drop of juicy goodness, and the pyramids to grip your meat.  This standard model comes complete with carved out handles to help out with that 26lb'er.  Options include a carved out slot in front and complete with a drip tray to catch all the lovely 'bits' for au jus, or gravy!   Both models come with non-marking rubber feet attached with stainless steel screws for added durability.
