Notes From The Winemaker:Since 1997, Miura has produced Talley Vineyard Chardonnay with consistent minerality, lemon-custard flavor profile and racy acidity from this cool vineyard site in the Arroyo Grande Valley. Whole cluster pressed, aged in Francois Freres “Allier” barrels (half new), fermented with native yeasts and bottled unfiltered."ACVS by Miura" is a partnership between Laurent Manrique, executive chef of San Francisco's famed seafood restaurant Aqua, and Emmanuel Kemiji, former Wine Director of the Ritz Carlton San Francisco, Master Sommelier-turned-vintner, who also produces wine under the Miura and Almvs labels.The white-wine focused label was created in 2003 and has received numerous accolades for its wines, particularly its lush, flavorful Chardonnay.
