Notes from the Winemaker: Our 2012 Ahnfeldt Merlot is a blend of Merlot and grapes from two different Cabernet Sauvignon vineyards: -90% Merlot from the Hardman Vineyard-7% Clone 337 Cabernet Sauvignon from the Monticello Vineyard-3% Cabernet Sauvignon from the Kreuse Canyon Vineyard Tasting Notes: A full bodied, big merlot, with wonderful aromas and flavors of fruit, smooth tannins, balanced, with a medium finish.
