Light in color but with gorgeous depth, the Rosé is a charmer. Cranberry, white pepper, mint, crushed rocks and slate give this its dynamic upper register. The blend is 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir from Mareuil-Sur-Aÿ, but the Pinot is quite strong in this release. Dosage is 3.5 grams per liter. Disgorged: June 15, 2021.
