Framed Resin Ocean Sealife Wall Hanging or Tabletop Art
This resin ocean decoration is a labor of love and I'm really excited to offer it here. It starts with a square wooden box frame which I stain with Unicorn Spit, sand it for a distressed look, and then seal.Next comes the fun. I start by adding resin and sand into the bottom section and let that cure. Next I add layer after layer of resin with additional mix ins, letting it cure between each layer. This gives the project depth so when you look at it the fish or shells are applied in layers as I continue with each resin pour. Each layer could include miniature natural seashells, gemstones, miniature pearl beads, glitter, & more. I use natural materials as often as possible especially when it comes to the shells stones, sand, gemstones, etc. There are many different species of sea life inside also. There are seahorses, octopus, fish, jellyfish, & starfish, however, they are not real specimens and are assorted materials and supplies that I collect in my travels. There are
