A Natural Connection (Julia Briest)

Medium: Assemblage - natural fibers Dimensions: 43 x 43   A Natural Connection is part of the artists Mother Earth Mandala Collection. Julia uses all natural fibers, plants and seeds from a variety of southern California's unique flora. The art supplies used in this piece are California fan palm fronds, date palm tree fruit branches, bottle tree flower pods, Florida moss and Arizona silverleaf berries. All items have been foraged mindfully by the artist as to not disrupt our fine eco-systems or food supply for animals on our public lands. Mother Earth Mandalas are designed to bring awareness to the beauty of flora on Mother Earth.
