This is supposed to be the DNC Donkey spanking Tucker Carlson.  It also references a classic comedy filmed in Euegene Oregon, one of the funny things about that movie is that the movie was filmed at the University of Oregon even though it takes place on the East Coast. The University of Missouri also rejected filming requests.  No college in New England would allow filming of the movie after reading the script (animal house). However, the Dean of the University of Oregon did allow filming at the college.   One of the reasons why is that he was once an assistant dean at a college that was asked by the prodcution team of The Graduate, the school denied the request by Hollywood and eventually the movie was a success and the school lost a little money.   The Dean of Oregon at the time I guess just didn't want to make the same mistake twice, so he agreed to filming at the University of Oregon and the school only got $20,000.  But what is funny is that he allowed full access to his offi
