Description:  Modern politics has become bitter and divisive. Families and friends are split and many relationships have soured in the face of unrelenting political dogma. This is clear in the news we consume, the social media we follow, and increasingly, the company we keep. Art is no exception - basic expression now has a political bent.  So I painted this. It's my attempt to remind people that laughter, togetherness, and family are still part of the political conversation.
