Enter Charly Clement's Out of This World Portraits class on her website. I watched the class, took notes, made multiple moodboards, fleshed out concept sketches... then let them sit for a long time as I mentally and physically recovered. It wasn't until March 2024 that I decided to render them. Some of the subjects are based on friends... I told them to consider them love letters, a celebration of who they are.
