Handcrafted black tea blended from harvests across one small, independent estate in the Shire Highlands. A lovely tea to start your day, drink during the day, and why not in the evening as well. Favorite in the tasting room ideal to drink with milk or without. Deep and malty with notes of caramel and burnt sugar.  Mouthful feels like velvet with flavors of grape. Its a rich cup but yet smooth and elegant like a highland whiskey with a hint of vanilla to add sweetness.  *How Membership Works*   Ingredients: Black Tea 100%.  Perfect Brewing Instructions: Use 3-4g of tea per  8oz of water.  For the optimum infusion use 194/203°F water. Infuse for 2 - 3 minutes, tasting regularly. If you like milk, please use water at 212°F. Infusions: You can infuse this tea at least twice. With each careful infusion, different subtleties of flavor are revealed.
