[Usage] These are designed specifically for playing small-diameter drums with a high-pitched, tightly tuned head using rim shots. [Features and Specifications] Compared to conventional flat bamboo drumsticks, these are made thicker and rounder overall, allowing the force of impact to be more efficiently focused, enabling powerful and flexible sound production. The bamboo is crafted so that the nodes are at the tip of the sticks, making them less likely to crack. Depending on usage, frequency, and care, they can be used for many years. The drumstick shapes are based on three types: "Sasa no Ha" (bamboo leaf shape), "Hyotan" (gourd shape), and "Gyaku Taper" (reverse taper shape).
