Custom Memory Moose How it works: 1. Select Fabric: Choose the items you want to be transformed into a moose. 2. Place Order: Order the number of moose you want and add ons- personalize your memory keepsake with machine embroidery on the foot. (If ordering more than five please email me first.) Memory keepsakes are non refundable.  3. Confirmation Email: Within 24 hours of placing your order you'll receive a confirmation email with instructions and an order form.  4. Creation: I will create the moose and notify you when they are ready. Any unused material will be returned to you. Moose measures 18” tall (13” when sitting) *Materials that can be used: shirts, onesies, swaddles, burp cloths, flannel, jeans, uniforms, slacks, dresses, thin blankets or sweatshirts.  -Baby items: 8-10 pieces for one.
