Belle Epoque Marquise Diamond and Ruby Ring

The Story This stunning ring is a unique find! The diamond looks to have been a replacement in this late Belle Epoque style ring (circa 1910!). The halo is made of calibre cut bright red-pink rubies set in 18 karat yellow gold.  The Details 18 karat yellow gold Marquise Diamond, approximately 0.40 carats, SI1, I-J Rubies, approximately 0.25 total carat weight. Though the AZJ team was unable to test the rubies to preserve the integrity of the setting, they are most likely synthetic due to the time period this ring was made 2.75 grams 15.92mm length x 6.47mm width of stone setting on top of finger Size 6.25, complimentary ring resize available upon request.
