Bloodstone Swivel Pendant

The Story This style is inspired by Victorian Era pendants. Often these antique pendants were set with onyx, bloodstone or carnelian intaglios. Our version is hand set with a plain bloodstone and a high polish back that can easily be engraved to personalize. Bloodstone is a polycrystalline variety of chalcedony (quartz) with a dark green hue and red or orangey patches. These iron oxide dots or patches are dispersed throughout the stone. Each pendant is a hefty weight 14K gold and features our signature rectangle bail that can easily slide on to chains of all sizes. Each pendant is custom hand-made to order in 3-4 weeks.
