The name "pool of light" refers to the effect created by the clear or translucent quartz, which diffuses and reflects light in mesmerizing fashion. Though not all Pool of Light pendants were lockets, this one does double duty in the form of beauty and function as it can hold (and magnify!) a keepsake for your choice.
