Victorian Puffy Heart with Diamond Star

The Story Hearts have always been a favorite motif in antique jewelry, and we love to find classic styles like this one! A romantic late Victorian heart locket from circa 1890. This heart features an old mine cut diamond on one side of the heart, set in a beautifully hand carved starburst setting. Made in 9 karat yellow gold, the wonderful patina on the gold shows its age. But it feels just as special today as it would have over a hundred years ago!
