Our first new origin since 2010. Developing a new origin takes time and we are delighted to introduce our latest bar, made in partnership with our lead farmer in the Amazon, Monica. It’s our second endeavor with a female-led farmer group. We handcraft this single origin 72% dark chocolate (67% cocoa solids and 5% cocoa butter, pressed in our factory) with cocoa beans sourced directly from Monica’s small farmer group and certified organic cane sugar. That's it.
