WS 72% Zamora, Amazonia Dark Chocolate Bar

Our newest chocolate bar, and our first new origin since 2010, and our second chocolate bar produced in partnership with a female-led farmer group (the first is Tanzania). Developing a new origin takes time and we are delighted to introduce our latest bar, made in partnership with our lead farmer in the Amazon, Monica. It’s our second endeavor with a female-led farmer group. We handcraft this single origin 72% dark chocolate (67% cocoa solids and 5% cocoa butter, pressed in our factory) with cocoa beans sourced directly from Monica’s small farmer group and certified organic cane sugar.
