Organic mugwort, motherwort, angelica, yarrow and blue lotus come together to light up your dreams. This blend will support vivid and lucid dreaming, be sure to have your dream journal nearby! Add one heaping tablespoon to one cup hot water. Cover and allow to steep at least 20 minutes. Strain and enjoy as is, or add local honey. This blend can be combined with our Sleep Tea blend to help you relax and fall easily into a deep, dreamful sleep.
