Lace Striped Bloomer Ruffle Pants [M]

Handmade, one of a kind bloomer style pants made from vintage seersucker cotton and a delicate lace. Feature a lace stripe down the side and a ruffle hem. Have an elastic waistband with drawstring.  One back pocket. Lightweight fabric that is slightly sheer. Would be cute layered over tights, or worn by themselves.  Materials are overall in good condition, but there are some areas with light staining. Please keep in mind that they are vintage textiles and may have some minor areas of wear despite being washed and sanitized prior to use.
