Five Behaviors® Team Development Facilitation Kit

The Five Behaviors® Team Development Facilitation Kit is designed to help you lead a group through the Five Behaviors Team Development Profile (sold separately). Five Behaviors is based on the work of author Patrick Lencioni and teaches groups of talented individuals how they can become unstoppable teams. The Facilitation Kit comes with materials such as a User’s Guide, take-away cards, and a USB drive with extra resources so you can confidently lead participants through the profile.
