Valentine’s Day Charcuterie Board Workshop - 14 Feb 2026

Join us at The Honey House for a hands-on Valentine’s Day Charcuterie Workshop on February 14 from 1–3 PM. This class is designed for anyone who wants to build a beautiful, well-balanced charcuterie board... no experience required. Each participant will create their own heart-shaped charcuterie board, suitable for serving 2–3 people, and take it home at the end of the workshop. We’ll cover ingredient selection, pairing, styling, and visual composition, with a strong focus on aesthetics and practical techniques you can easily recreate at home. Basic prep and knife skills will also be discussed. The board will include a curated selection of cheeses, cured meats, fruits, nuts, chocolate, crackers, and one featured honey from The Honey House, with guidance on how everything works together. Tasting will take place throughout the class, and complimentary wine and soft drinks will be available. This workshop is open to individuals, couples are welcome but should purchase two tickets.
