Outback Carbon 650 The “little big brother” to the Outback Carbon, this 28mm wide 650b wheelset is ready for any adventure. Mount up some big rubber, load up, and head out. Good things await, further out there.  The 28mm internal hookless-carbon rim is designed for lower pressures and tires 45mm or larger. All Astral Cycling wheels are hand-build in Eugene, Oregon and feature Tubeless Easy rims you can easily set up at home. Need a special build? We can do that.
