The short flutter sleeves are breezy and elasticated at the shoulder so they won't slip down. The deep v-neck is adorned with ruffles on either side of the bust, and joins in the center with a functional ribbon tie. A peek-a-boo panel of semi-sheer stretch lace and elastic just under the bust makes for a flirty, stretchy waistline that is finished on top and bottom with scalloped ruffles.
