Wholesale Japanese Shiki Futon 100x200cm

This Authentic Japanese Shiki Futon is made in the traditional 100x200cm (39"x79" approx) size and is 100% hand made to order in the USA in our New Bedford, MA factory.  It features a traditional "San-mai" 3-layer design.  Our futons are handmade with 90% Cotton with the minimum amount of spun polyester wrapping to meet mandatory Federal Flammability requirements without the use of chemical additives. The cotton is selected by us to be very clean and odor-free. We do not use any boric acid powder or flame retardant chemicals in our futons (as other lesser expensive futons do). The futon shell is made from 100% unbleached cotton. This futon is hand tufted as in Japan and feature ties and tufts on the futon and the corners. This futon is approximately 4 inches thick and will vary slightly based on the density of the cotton (natural variations found in cotton).
