Our Dynamic Performance™ Bands are the perfect tools for adding resistance during lifts, aiding in stretching & rehab and athletic movements.  You can choose between a 2-pack that has one of each resistance: Medium & Heavy, or a 4-pack that contain 2 of each resistance: 2 Medium & 2 Heavy bands. CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Our Dynamic Performance™ bands were designed to be durable & long-lasting. Help extend the life of your bands by handling them & setting them up with care.
