CalyRoad Feta is a handcrafted, brined cheese made from the finest goat and cow's milk. Aged for approximately three weeks, it offers a lemony, bright flavor with a soft texture and lower salt content. Made using vegetable rennet, each 6 oz block is carefully turned and rubbed by hand, developing a natural rind.
