EVERY Wednesday5:15-6:15 pm We're so excited to have you! Cultivate stability, ease, and community in this prenatal yoga class designed for all stages of pregnancy. Prepare for birth and beyond through physical poses, breathing exercises, meditation, and connection. This class will help you make space for baby, build strength, invite playfulness, ground your power, and expand your magic. Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle and pillow to get comfortable.
