We guarantee that we will fill the pipeline with career athletes with the requirements for the given job until you have found the teammate or teammates to hire for the position. Active Search also comes with an Athletes Launch Opportunities tile, in which we will implement a hyperlink for potential candidates to engage with & ultimately apply to. The Opportunities tile included will appear and be priced at non-priority rates but can be upgraded by option in the menu; the add-on will appear at a discounted rate.
