This set includes the Athena easy-assembly kit features bright pre-colored single-piece molded plastic fins, a molded plastic nosecone, body tube, and peel-and-stick decals, no painting is necessary. Standing 17 inches tall, this Standard (18 mm) engined rocket will fly to 700 feet with an A8-3 engine (included). Recovery is by means of a vivid 12" parachute. Afterward, you can tackle the intermediate-level Xtreme. Assembly is straightforward with precision laser-cut card stock fins to greatly aid construction. Looking like a 16-inch dart with fins that resemble the fletching of an arrow, a Standard (18 mm) A8-3 engine (included) will take the Xtreme to 800 feet. Recovery is by means of a 24-inch silver mylar streamer.
