Altas' custom formula of Tretinoin and Clindamycin is an effective duo in the fight against acne.  This combination formula treat oiliness, blackhead formation, reduce pustular formation, while minimizing pore size.  Apply a pea sized amount to the face (focusing on the T-Zone) once nightly, as tolerated or as directed by a physician.   (start out 2-3 nights/week) (DO NOT use if your are pregnant or breastfeeding) Must be a current patient (seen within the past year) in order to refill.   Ingredients: Clindamycin 1.5% & Tretinoin 0.025% Cream (30gm) Pump * Rx for refill purposes only*
