Composed of Charbono that grows on a site in Calistoga. Hot days and cool nights as well as rocky, riverbank soils, give this "Carbon Water" it's dark, inkiness. Tasting notes from the producer: "Ripe raspberry aromas soar from the glass with a hint of must and camphor. A gentle mid-palate carries these flavors, which then resolve in very soft tannins. The lower alcohol level unveils a tangy acidity and thorough ripeness in perfect balance producing a long lingering finish."
