HRT Response Placard for Plate Carriers Our Response Placard is made to work with HRT HRAC and RAC carriers, as well as the Duraflex Buckle system. It can hold two M4-style rifle magazines and two handgun magazines. To keep the magazines secured, the pouches have a polymer insert and bungee retention. The back of the vest placard has a hook face to attach it to the loop face on the front of a vest or carrier. The body armor placard is constructed from 500 Denier Cordura and has an integrated Duraflex Buckle attachment system.
