Replacement RFID Non-Contact Safety Switch for ATS Safety Guards

Part Number: ATS-RFID-REP:     REPLACEMENT SWITCH & ACTUATOR ONLY.  RFID Safety Switch, Requires 24VDC Power Supply, 2x Safety Contacts,  3 meter long cable. Mechan part # SS-C-20-03M    Features S-Type are master coded RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) safetyswitches with volt free contact outputs. They offer more protection againstmanipulation over the standard switches. The 2 safety contacts allow for dual channel wiring to a safety relay to achieve a higher safety rating This interlock switch has the same mounting bolt pattern as the standard magnetic switch used on ATS milling machine, drill press, and hinged lathe guards Must be wired with a 24V DC power supply. See "Interlock Specs" PDF above for more wiring info. The switch body has a Red / Green LED indicator light for troubleshooting. This is just the interlock/safety switch with (4) M4 security torx screws and an aluminum spacer plate. No mounting brackets are included.  We also carry retrofit kits for ATS guards on a separate page. Please note that the two normally open (N/O) are described when the switch and actuator are apart. The normally open will close when the actuator is brought within operating distance of the switch.
