THE B6 - CAR SEAT   The 2022 model of the B6 is a compact lightweight seat suited to many types of performance and track day cars. The construction has been re-developed to improve it both structurally and cosmetically. Visibly it now matches the beautifully proportioned B6 Screamer FIA seat. The seat has a lighter construction than the FIA version, due to the seat not needing to conform to FIA requirements. It can have bottom mounts, this is preferred in super narrow cockpits. Despite not having the FIA accreditation, the new update increases the strength and rigidity over the previous B6 model first released over 20 years ago. The narrow B6-40 can often be seen in vehicles such as the Lotus, and Caterham’s with the B6-44 “edges on” seat type used in GT’s, saloon cars and many more vehicle types.
