  We believe gluten-free does not have to mean flavor-free. Our Gluten-Free loaf is a soft and spongy bread, full of seeds. It is a delicious substitute for traditional sandwich bread.  Our gluten-free bread is baked in a facility that contains wheat flour.  Our gluten free breads are produced in a dedicated room and each batch is tested to ensure it meets FDA gluten-free standards. *if bread is requested to be sliced, our slicer is not gluten-free* We do not use preservatives or stabilizers in our recipes.  Our bread is best enjoyed within 3-5 days.  For this reason, we do not recommend shipping outside the Mid-Atlantic region.
