The basis of the curriculum during our in-person 1-on-1 training is as follows 1. Mindset Focus on Expansion, this is where we focus the training on delegation. In order to expand, you get to focus on your gift and delegate the rest, including scheduling calls, non-income producing activities, prospecting, social media management, etc. 2. Marketing System, Including Client Acquisition Through Podcasts, Social Media, Writing Books, Magazine Articles, Landing Pages, and Public Speaking. 3. Scaling the business with the support of Virtual Assistants. My entire organization is run by Virtual Assistants. We will be dissecting this scaling system, allowing Virtual Assistants to be responsible for setting up your sales appointments and selling your products/services for you.
