It creates a sealed acoustic chamber, which focuses and directs bass output into your listening area while reducing the amount of sound that bleeds into the adjacent room. Requires a separate subwoofer amplifier This sub needs to be powered with an external subwoofer amplifier, which you'll connect to your home theater receiver or pre-amp/processor. You'll use in-wall speaker wire to connect the ISW3 subwoofer to your amp of choice.
