The business was founded by Robert Thompson Frazier, who was born in New Philadelphia, Ohio in 1850.  History of R.T. Frazier Saddlery Frazier fought in the Civil War and participated in the Black Hills gold rush.  In 1880, he partnered with S.C. Gallup in Pueblo, Colorado.  In 1890, the partnership dissolve
